Po přijezdu nás uvítal příjemný a vstřícný majitel a ukázal pár oveček co jsou oddělené plotem a nijak nezasahují do dění na pozemku. Pozemek byl úplně idealní. V přítoku do rybníčku se dá hezky chladit pití a pro psi, co mají rádi vodu je taky skvělý na ochlazení. Když vyrazíte se psi tak je třeba dávát pozor, aby se nevydali za ovcemi přes potok pod mostkem tam žádná zábrana není.

Rovné, klidné místo na konci vesnice. Vše čisté a udržované, s možností ohniště (s grilovácím roštem). Za plotem nás kontrolovaly ovce, kozy i lama a na návštěvu občas přišla slepice.
