Vjezd na pozemek má pevný povrch, pozemek je plně oplocený, uzamykatelná vrata, parkovací plocha zpevněná-štěrková. majitel vstřícný. Pro přenocování plně vyhovující místo s funkčním a přístupným splachovacím WC, dále pitná voda, výlevka, místo pro mytí nádobí, připojení k elektřině možné.
